Q*For Certificate

Stanwick Management Consultants has been granted, and this for the second consecutive time, the Q*for certification. The Q*for certificate reflects the quality and professionalism of training and consulting organisations. The Q*For certificate is valid for three years (2007-2010).

Q*For certified organisations are evaluated by an independent institute (Management Information nv in Belgium) and meet the following conditions:
- more than 80% of their clients are satisfied or very satisfied with the company
- have shown an adequate level of consistency in management skills
- have shown a good level of professionalism

The following specifications apply to the Q*For methodology:
- the evaluation examines the following aspects in the training and consulting organisation: client satisfaction, professional and technical quality, management skills.
- attaining the required level is a guarantee of the organistions' past references and assurance of quality of service
- it can be used as a tool for future improvement in the evaluated company

The Q*For.NET is an information network relating to the quality of service provided by Training Organisations in Europe. It is a reference guide to the results of evaluations of Training Organisations either using the Q*For method. The Q*For methodology has been developed under the framework of the Leonardo Da Vinci programme.

The Q*For Network has the following objectives: to respond to the information requirements based on the growing Internationalisation of both companies and training in Europe, diffuse valid and trustworthy information about Training Organisations relating to the guarantee of quality, facilitate the interchange of information and expertise between partners, promote and perfect the methodologies and tools to be used in the quality of training.

The evaluation process consists of:

  1. gathering of relevant information about the company: background, training, courses, services, products, organisation, training methods, clients, etc.
  2. conduct a study of the level of client satisfaction and evaluation of the key aspects of the service they received from the organisation.
  3. visit to the organisation to verify the information received about the organisation; present the results of the client study, verify the status of the premises.
  4. production of a report combining all the information received during the evaluation and dissemination. Information relating to the company will also be passed to the other companies within the Q*For network in Europe.
